Trata da extinção do contrato de trabalho por motivos objetivos, terminologia de uso evitado pela legislação espanhola. Aponta dentre as diversas causas de rescisão do contrato de trabalho na Espanha, os "despedimentos disciplinares" e os "coletivos".
