Juiz Federal Titular da 1ª Vara Federal de Niterói/SJRJ, Dr. Rogério Tobias de Carvalho, RESOLVEM alterar o Ato nº TRF2-ATC-2016/00180, para fazer constar que a designação do MM. Juiz Federal Substituto da 1ª Vara Federal de Niterói/SJRJ, Dr.RODRIGO VASCONCELLOS PINTO, para assumir a titularidade da 2ª Vara Federal de Itaboraí/SJRJ, de 16.06 a 15.07.2016, em razão de férias regulamentares dos MM. Juízes Federais Titular e Substituto, dar-se-á sem prejuízo do exercício da jurisdição na vara de origem, de 16 a 18.06.2016, e com prejuízo, nos demais dias. PUBLIQUE-SE. REGISTRE-SE. CUMPRA-SE. As Juízas Auxiliares da Corregedoria Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, Dr.ª Andrea Cunha Esmeraldo e Dr.ª Karla Nanci Grando, no uso das atribuições que lhes foram delegadas pelas Portarias nº TRF2-PTC-2015/00165 e TRF2-PTC-2016/00081, considerando a licença médica concedida ao MM. Juiz Federal Titular da 1ª Vara Federal de Niterói/SJRJ, Dr. Rogério Tobias de Carvalho, RESOLVEM alterar o Ato nº TRF2-ATC-2016/00180, para fazer constar que a designação do MM. Juiz Federal Substituto da 1ª Vara Federal de Niterói/SJRJ, Dr.RODRIGO VASCONCELLOS PINTO, para assumir a titularidade da 2ª Vara Federal de Itaboraí/SJRJ, de 16.06 a 15.07.2016, em razão de férias regulamentares dos MM. Juízes Federais Titular e Substituto, dar-se-á sem prejuízo do exercício da jurisdição na vara de origem, de 16 a 18.06.2016, e com prejuízo, nos demais dias.
