A Juíza Auxiliar da Corregedoria Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, Dr.ª Karla Nanci Grando, no uso das atribuições que lhe foram delegadas pela Portaria nº TRF2-PTC-2016/00081, considerando a solicitação encaminhada por meio do Ofício nº JFES-OFI-2016/01175, RESOLVE alterar, a pedido, a Portaria nº TRF2-PTC-2015/00466, no que tange ao MM. Juiz Federal Titular da 1ª Vara Federal de Execução Fiscal de Vitória/SJES, Dr. FERNANDO CESAR BAPTISTA DE MATTOS, para explicitar que: -o saldo remanescente de 4 (quatro) dias das férias referentes à 1ª fruição do período aquisitivo 2014/2015 foi gozado de 02 a 05.02.2016 (Portaria nº TRF2-PTC-2016/00020); -as férias referentes à 2ª fruição do período aquisitivo 2014/2015 foram indenizadas (TRF2-DES-2016/07595); -as férias referentes à 1ª fruição do período aquisitivo 2015/2016 serão gozadas, a pedido, de 15.07 a 13.08.2016. Juiz Federal Titular da 1ª Vara Federal de Execução Fiscal de Vitória/SJES, Dr. FERNANDO CESAR BAPTISTA DE MATTOS, para explicitar que:
