Região) 2016-12-16T00:00:00Z Português PORTARIA TRF2-PTC-2016/00368 de 13 de dezembro de 2016 As Juízas Auxiliares da Corregedoria Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, Dr.ª Andrea Cunha Esmeraldo e Dr.ª Karla Nanci Grando, no uso das atribuições que lhes foram delegadas pelas Portarias nº TRF2-PTC-2015/00165 e TRF2-PTC-2016/00081, considerando o Ofício nº JFRJ-OFI-2016/10851, RESOLVEM: I- Tornar insubsistente a Portaria nº TRF2-PTC-2016/00359; II- Interromper, de 05 a 16.12.2016, as férias referentes à 2ª fruição do período aquisitivo 2016/2017, consignadas para 21.11 a 20.12.2016 (Portaria nº TRF2-PTC-2016/00302), em razão de licença por motivo de doença em pessoa da família, no que tange à MM. Juíza Federal Titular da 4ª Vara Federal Cível de São João de Meriti/SJRJ, Dr.ª CLÁUDIA VALÉRIA BASTOS FERNANDES DOMINGUES DE MELLO, explicitando que o saldo remanescente de 12 (doze) dias serão gozados de 18 a 29.05.2017, alterando assim a Portaria nº TRF2-PTC-2016/00319, referente à Escala de Férias de 2017. As Juízas Auxiliares da Corregedoria Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, Dr.ª Andrea Cunha Esmeraldo e Dr.ª Karla Nanci Grando, no uso das atribuições que lhes foram delegadas pelas Portarias nº TRF2-PTC-2015/00165 e TRF2-PTC-2016/00081, considerando o Ofício nº JFRJ-OFI-2016/10851, RESOLVEM:
I- Tornar insubsistente a Portaria nº TRF2-PTC-2016/00359;
II- Interromper, de 05 a 16.12.2016, as férias referentes à 2ª fruição do período aquisitivo 2016/2017, consignadas para 21.11 a 20.12.2016 (Portaria nº TRF2-PTC-2016/00302), em razão de licença por motivo de doença em pessoa da família, no que tange à MM. Juíza Federal Titular da 4ª Vara Federal Cível de São João de Meriti/SJRJ, Dr.ª CLÁUDIA VALÉRIA BASTOS FERNANDES DOMINGUES DE MELLO, explicitando que o saldo remanescente de 12 (doze) dias serão gozados de 18 a 29.05.2017, alterando assim a Portaria nº TRF2-PTC-2016/00319, referente à Escala de Férias de 2017.
