A CORREGEDORA REGIONAL DA JUSTIÇA FEDERAL DA 2ª REGIÃO, no uso das suas atribuições legais e regimentais e CONSIDERANDO a revogação da Resolução CJF nº 558/2007 pela Resolução CJF nº 305/2014, que regula, partir de 7/10/2014, o pagamento de honorários a peritos, entre outros profissionais, em casos de assistência gratuita no âmbito da Justiça Federal, fixando valor mínimo e máximo em tabela anexa, que, em situações excepcionais, pode ser majorado em até três vezes; CONSIDERANDO que a Resolução 305/2014, do CJF, determina que as Corregedorias Regionais extrairão, mensalmente, relatórios gerenciais das solicitações que extrapolem os valores máximos constantes nas tabelas anexas; RESOLVE revogar a Portaria nº 90, de 8/5/2009.
