A Dra. TANIA DE MELO BASTOS HEINE, Corregedora-Geral da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, no uso de suas atribuições legais, resolve:
DESIGNAR o MM. Juiz Federal Substituto da Seção Judiciária do Estado do Espírito Santo, Dr. MACÁRIO RAMOS JÚDICE NETO, para, sem prejuízo de sua atual jurisdição, assumir a titularidade da 2ª Vara Federal da mesma Seção, durante a licença para tratamento de saúde do respectivo Titular, Dr. LUIZ ANTÔNIO SOARES, a partir de 02/05/95 até o retomo do Titular.
