DESIGNAR o MM. Juiz Federal Substituto, Dr. MACÁRIO RAMOS JÚDICE NETO, para, sem prejuízo de sua atual jurisdição, assumir a titularidade plena da 1ª Vara Federal do Espírito Santo, durante as férias regulamentares do respectivo Titular, Dr. JOSÉ FERREIRA NEVES NETO, no período de 28.06.95 a 27.07.95. .
