Região) 2012-08-08T00:00:00Z Português Altera o artigo 351 da Consolidação de Normas da Corregedoria-Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região. PROVIMENTO Nº T2-PVC-2012/00010 DE 02 DE AGOSTO DE 2012 O CORREGEDOR-REGIONAL DA JUSTIÇA FEDERAL DA 2ª REGIÃO, no exercício de suas atribuições, RESOLVE: Art. 1º. O artigo 351 da Consolidação de Normas da Corregedoria- Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, passa a vigorar com a seguinte redação: "Art. 351. O prazo máximo para cumprimento dos mandados judiciais, contado de seu recebimento pelo Oficial de Justiça, será: -Em execuções fiscais: 60 (sessenta) dias; II - Nos demais feitos de natureza cível: 30 (trinta) dias; III - Em feitos de natureza criminal: 20 (vinte) dias. Parágrafo único. Sem prejuízo dos prazos fixados no caput, poderá a Direção do Foro, justificadamente, em situações excepcionais, estabelecer prazos inferiores." Art. 2º. Este Provimento entra em vigor na data de sua disponibilização eletrônica. PUBLIQUE-SE. REGISTRE-SE. CUMPRA-SE.
