O artigo 139 da Consolidação de Normas da Corregedoria Geral de Justiça Federal da 2ª Região passa a vigorar acrescido do § 8º, conforme a seguir transcrito: § 8º. Será dispensado o arquivamento de cópia da ata de audiência na pasta própria caso haja prolação de sentença em audiência, desde que tal sentença juntamente a ata, estejam arquivadas no livro obrigatório de sentença, devendo constar tal informação na referida pasta.
