Karla Nanci Grando, no uso das atribuições que lhe foram delegadas pela Portaria TRF2-POR-2017/00012, considerando a Portaria da Presidência TRF2-PTP-2019/00003 e a Portaria da Corregedoria TRF2-PTC-2019/00006, RESOLVE alterar os Atos TRF2-ATC-2018/00441 e TRF2-ATC-2019/00003, para fazer constar que a designação do MM. Juiz Federal Substituto da 3ª Vara Federal de Volta Redonda/SJRJ, Dr. MATHEUS LOLLI PAZETO, para, com prejuízo do exercício da jurisdição no juízo de origem, assumir a titularidade da Vara Federal de Resende/SJRJ, deu-se, de fato, de 07 a 11.01.2019 (licença nojo concedida ao juiz federal titular) e de 14.01 a 12.02.2019 (férias regulamentares do juiz federal titular).
