CONSIDERANDO o artigo 143, da Lei nº 8.112/90, bem como o art. 4º, I, da Portaria nº 335/06 - CGU e o art. 31, § 1º, da Instrução Normativa nº 14/2018 - CGU,
RESOLVE:
