Juiz Federal Titular do 2º Juizado Especial Federal de Niterói/SJRJ, Dr. JOSÉ ARTHUR DINIZ BORGES, ora prestando auxílio à Presidência deste Egrégio Tribunal no biênio 2021/2023. PUBLIQUE-SE.
