Região) 2023-11-29T00:00:00Z Português PORTARIA Nº TRF2-PTC-2023/00307, DE 24 DE NOVEMBRO DE 2023 O Juiz Federal em auxílio à Corregedoria Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, Dr. Dario Ribeiro Machado Junior, no uso das atribuições que lhe foram delegadas pela Portaria TRF2-PTC-2023/00227, considerando o deferimento de pedido de indenização de 30 (trinta) dias de férias, conforme o Despacho TRF2-DES-2023/30078, RESOLVE alterar as Portarias TRF2-PTC-2023/00115, TRF2-PTC-2023/00170 e TRF2-PTC-2023/00173, referentes às férias do MM. Juiz Federal Titular do 25ª Vara Federal da Capital (Previdenciária)/SJRJ, Dr. EDUARDO ANDRE BRANDAO DE BRITO FERNANDES, para fazer constar que: - as férias gozadas no interregno de 17/07 a 15/08/2023, com abono pecuniário nos 10 (dez) últimos dias, passam a se referir à fruição 2022-1; - as férias referentes à fruição 2022-2 foram indenizadas. - as férias referentes à fruição 2023-1 serão gozadas em 2024.
