PROVIMENTO Nº 014 DE 12 DE SETEMBRO DE 2003 Acrescenta o parágrafo 8° ao art. 139 da Consolidação de Normas da Corregedoria Geral da Justiça Federal da 2a Região. O Corregedor-Geral da Justiça Federal da 2a Região, no uso de suas atribuições legais, e considerando a decisão proferida no procedimento administrativo nº 2003.02.01.010907-6, EDITA o presente Provimento, com as seguintes disposições. Art. 1º. O artigo 139 da Consolidação de Normas da Corregedoria-Geral da Justiça Federal da 2a Região passa a vigorar acrescido do § 8°, conforme a seguir transcrito: "§ 8o. Será dispensado o arquivamento de cópia da ata de audiência na pasta própria caso haja prolação de sentença em audiência, desde que tal sentença juntamente a ata, estejam arquivadas no livro obrigatório de sentença, devendo constar tal informação na referida pasta". Art. 2°. O presente Provimento entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
