REVOGAR o Provimento nº 114, de 09 de julho de 1997, e o Provimento nº 8, de 19 de maio de 2005, nos artigos 1º, VII e 2º I, "h" e VII. Art. 2º. RESOLVE:
Art. 1º. REVOGAR o Provimento nº 114, de 09 de julho de 1997, e o Provimento nº 8, de 19 de maio de 2005, nos artigos 1º, VII e 2º I, "h" e VII.
Art. 2º. Este Provimento entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
