A PRESIDENTE DO TRIBUNAL REGIONAL FEDERAL DA 2ª REGIÃO, no uso de suas atribuições, e considerando o que consta do Processo Administrativo nº T2-PES-2011/00202, RESOLVE: CONCEDER aposentadoria por invalidez permanente, correspondentes a 100% (cem por cento) do valor da média contributiva, à servidora ANA LÚCIA DE VASCONCELLOS MACIEL, Técnico Judiciário, NI, Classe "C", Padrão 15, do Quadro de Pessoal do Tribunal Regional Federal da 2ª Região, com fulcro no art. 40 § 1º, inciso I, e §§ 3º, 8º e 17, da Constituição Federal, com a redação dada pela Emenda Constitucional nº 41, publicada em 31.12.2003, combinado com arts.186, inciso I, § 1º, e 188 e §1º, da Lei nº 8.112, de 11.12.1990, observando-se, ainda, o disposto no art. 37, inciso XI, da Constituição Federal em vigor, e no art. 1º, caput e §§, combinado com o artigo 15, ambos da Lei nº 10.887, de 18.6.2004.
