O DOUTOR PAULO FREITAS BARATA, PRESIDENTE DO TRIBUNAL REGIONAL FEDERAL da 2ª REGIÃO, no uso de suas atribuições, resolve:
Nº 403 - REVOGAR a Portaria nº 829, de 19/12/91, que designou o servidor JOSE FONSECA DOS SANTOS, Agente de Segurança Judiciária, Classe "A", Ref. NI-24, do Quadro Permanente de Pessoal do Tribunal Regional Federal da 2 ª Região, para exercer as funções de Auxiliar Especializado, junto ao Gabinete do Exmo. Sr. Desembargador Federal Romario Rangel, a partir desta data.
