The present study aims at presenting the main aspects of Real Estate rential according to Law nº 8.245/91. However, it is not our intention to present an exhaustive analysis of this subject; neither will we deal with the legal aspects resulting from the analysis of this kind of contract, established by the so-called “Tenant Law”.
