PROVIMENTO Nº TRF2-PVC-2018/00019, DE 25 DE OUTUBRO DE 2018 Altera o art. 98 da Consolidação de Normas da Corregedoria-Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, instituída pelo Provimento nº TRF2-PVC-2018/00011, de 9 de maio de 2018. A CORREGEDORA REGIONAL DA JUSTIÇA FEDERAL DA 2ª REGIÃO, Desembargadora Federal Nizete Antônia Lobato Rodrigues Carmo, no exercício de suas atribuições, RESOLVE: Art. 1º Alterar o Provimento nº TRF2-PVC-2018/00011, que institui a Consolidação de Normas da Corregedoria-Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, cujo art. 98 passa a vigorar acrescido de parágrafo único com a seguinte redação: "Art. 98. ....... Parágrafo único. Em caso de impedimento ou suspeição de todos os juízes de uma Subseção Judiciária, a livre distribuição ocorrerá na Subseção mais próxima, assim entendida aquela de menor distância de sede a sede." Art. 2º Este Provimento entra em vigor na data de publicação. PUBLIQUE-SE. REGISTRE-SE. CUMPRA-SE.
