O CORREGEDOR-REGIONAL DA JUSTIÇA FEDERAL DA 2ªREGIÃO, no exercício de suas atribuições legais e regimentais e tendo em vista o disposto na Resolução 103, de 24 de fevereiro de 2010, do Conselho Nacional de Justiça e na Resolução 20, de 17 de setembro de 2010, do Tribunal Regional Federal da 2ª Região, RESOLVE: Art. 1º. REVOGAR o Provimento nº 114, de 09 de julho de 1997, e o Provimento nº 8, de 19 de maio de 2005, nos artigos 1º, VII e 2º I, "h" e VII. Art. 2º.
