PROVIMENTO Nº T2-PVC-2012/00013 DE 16 DE AGOSTO DE 2012 O CORREGEDOR-REGIONAL DA JUSTIÇA FEDERAL DA 2ª REGIÃO, no exercício de suas atribuições, RESOLVE: Art. 1º. O § 1.º do artigo 135 da Consolidação de Normas da Corregedoria- Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, passa a vigorar com a seguinte redação: "§ 1º Independentemente da existência de Juiz Substituto na unidade jurisdicional que estiver de plantão durante o recesso forense, a Corregedoria-Regional designará até 3 (três) juízes substitutos para as atividades, em cada um dos períodos, informando a indicação ao Diretor do Foro respectivo até o dia 31 de julho." Art. 2º. Este Provimento entra em vigor na data de sua disponibilização eletrônica. PUBLIQUE-SE. REGISTRE-SE. CUMPRA-SE.
