PROVIMENTO Nº TRF2-PVC-2016/00001 de 26 de janeiro de 2016 Alterar o artigo 36 da Consolidação de Normas da Corregedoria Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região atinente às tabelas indicativas da produtividade das varas, juizados e turmas recursais. O CORREGEDOR DA JUSTIÇA FEDERAL NA 2ª REGIÃO, no exercício de suas atribuições, RESOLVE: Art. 1.º Alterar a redação do caput do artigo 36 da Consolidação de Normas da Corregedoria Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região e revogar o parágrafo único do referido dispositivo, de modo que a nova redação passa a ter o seguinte teor: "Art. 36. Além da publicação do boletim estatístico mensal, a Corregedoria Regional poderá divulgar, no respectivo sítio oficial, tabelas indicativas da produtividade das varas, juizados e turmas recursais, pertinentes a períodos pré-estabelecidos, constando, dentre outros dados, o número de processos distribuídos e julgados, o número de processos conclusos para sentença, o acervo total e a proporção entre tais elementos". Art. 2º. Este Provimento entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação. PUBLIQUE-SE. REGISTRE-SE. CUMPRA-SE.
