Região) 2021-01-15T00:00:00Z Português PORTARIA Nº TRF2-PTC-2021/00015, DE 13 DE JANEIRO DE 2021 O CORREGEDOR REGIONAL DA JUSTIÇA FEDERAL DA 2ª REGIÃO, Desembargador Federal LUIZ PAULO DA SILVA ARAÚJO FILHO, no uso de suas atribuições legais, considerando a Resolução n.º 496, de 13.02.2006, a Resolução n.º 49, de 02.03.2009, ambas do Conselho da Justiça Federal - CJF, o Regimento Interno do Tribunal Regional Federal da 2ª Região e a Consolidação de Normas da Corregedoria Regional da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região - CNCR-2R, de 04.04.2011, RESOLVE Art. 1º - Delegar competência aos Juízes Federais SILVIO WANDERLEY DO NASCIMENTO LIMA e PAULO CESAR VILLELA SOUTO LOPES RODRIGUES para participarem da correição ordinária no 14º Juizado Especial Federal/SJRJ, conforme estabelecido no artigo 24, §2º, do RITRF2 e artigo 1º, inciso V, da Portaria n.º TRF2-PTC-2019/00135 c/c as Portarias n.º TRF2-PTC-2020/00059 e TRF2-PTC-2020/00448. Art. 1º - Delegar competência aos Juízes Federais SILVIO WANDERLEY DO NASCIMENTO LIMA e PAULO CESAR VILLELA SOUTO LOPES RODRIGUES para participarem da correição ordinária no 14º Juizado Especial Federal/SJRJ, conforme estabelecido no artigo 24, §2º, do RITRF2 e artigo 1º, inciso V, da Portaria n.º TRF2-PTC-2019/00135 c/c as Portarias n.º TRF2-PTC-2020/00059 e TRF2-PTC-2020/00448.
