CONSIDERANDO que as classes n. 04001 e 10008 do Provimento n. 074, de 25 de agosto de 1995, podem ensejar duvidas quanto a sua aplicacao; RESOLVE:
I) Alterar o artigo 1 do Provimento n. 074 para constar:
Classe 04000 - Execuçoes
04001 - Execuçoes Provisorias (Carta de Sentença)
Classe 10000 - Açoes Cautelares
10008 - INONIMADAS
II) Eliminar nas referidas classes as subclasses 04003 e 10009.
