Região) 1996-11-28T00:00:00Z Português PROVIMENTO Nº 087 DE 19 DE AGOSTO DE 1996 A Excelentíssima Doutora TANIA DE MELO BASTOS HEINE, Vice-Presidente e Corregedora-Geral da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, no uso de suas atribuições legais e regimentais; e Considerando o disposto no Provimento n. 86, de 19 de agosto de 1996, relativo às dez Varas a serem localizadas na Seção Judiciária do Estado do Rio de Janeiro; Considerando a necessidade da criação de novas subclasses, visando facilitar a redistribuição dos feitos, RESOLVE: I - Alterar o art. 1. do Provimento n. 074, de 25.08.95, para constar: CLASSE 09000 - AÇÕES SUMÁRIAS 09001 - SUMÁRIA/PREVIDENCIÁRIA 09002 - SUMÁRIA/OUTRAS II - Alterar o artigo 1. do Provimento n. 074, de 25.08.95, para acrescentar: CLASSE 02000 - MANDADOS DE SEGURANÇA 02001 - MANDADO DE SEGURANÇA INDIVIDUAL/OUTROS 02002 - MANDADO DE SEGURANÇA COLETIVO/OUTROS 02003 - MANDADO DE SEGURANÇA INDIVIDUAL/PREVIDENCIÁRIO 02004 - MANDADO DE SEGURANÇA COLETIVO/PREVIDENCIÁRIO 02998 - MANDADO DE INJUNÇÃO 02999 - MANDADO DE SEGURANÇA A CLASSIFICAR CLASSE 07000 - FEITOS NÃO CONTENCIOSOS 07005 - JUSTIFICAÇÃO/PREVIDENCIÁRIA 07006 - JUSTIFICAÇÃO/OUTRAS 07007 - OUTROS FEITOS NÃO CONTENCIOSOS CLASSE 10000 - AÇÕES CAUTELARES 10009 - MEDIDA CAUTELAR/PREVIDENCIÁRIA PUBLIQUE-SE. A Excelentíssima Doutora TANIA DE MELO BASTOS HEINE, Vice-Presidente e Corregedora-Geral da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, no uso de suas atribuições legais e regimentais; e
Considerando o disposto no Provimento n. 86, de 19 de agosto de 1996, relativo às dez Varas a serem localizadas na Seção Judiciária do Estado do Rio de Janeiro;
Considerando a necessidade da criação de novas subclasses, visando facilitar a redistribuição dos feitos, RESOLVE:
I - Alterar o art. 1. do Provimento n. 074, de 25.08.95, para constar:
