Região) 1999-07-21T00:00:00Z Português PROVIMENTO Nº 024 DE 12 DE JULHO DE 1999 O Excelentíssimo Doutor FREDERICO GUEIROS, Corregedor-Geral da Justiça Federal da 2ª Região, no uso de suas atribuições legais e regimentais e CONSIDERANDO que as tabelas de classes consolidadas pelo Provimento nº 091, de 16 de outubro de 1996 não prevêem a subclasse AÇÃO PÚBLICA/PREVIDENCIÁRIA, e que há necessidade de criar-se a referida subclasse a fim de facilitar a distribuição dos feitos nas Seções Judiciárias do Rio de Janeiro e do Espírito Santo, RESOLVE: I - Alterar o artigo 1º do Provimento nº 091, de 16.10.96, para acrescentar: CLASSE 06000 - AÇÕES COLETIVAS 06001 - AÇÃO CIVIL PÚBLICA 06002 - AÇÃO POPULAR 06003 - AÇÃO CIVIL PÚBLICA/PREVIDENCIÁRIA 06004 - AÇÃO POPULAR/PREVIDENCIÁRIA REGISTRE-SE. PUBLIQUE-SE. CUMPRA-SE. I - Alterar o artigo 1º do Provimento nº 091, de 16.10.96, para acrescentar:

06002 - AÇÃO POPULAR
06003 - AÇÃO CIVIL PÚBLICA/PREVIDENCIÁRIA
06004 - AÇÃO POPULAR/PREVIDENCIÁRIA
